פרופ' גיל פיר

פרופ' גיל פייר משמש כמנהל משותף של תוכנית ה-M.B.A. עם התמחות במינהל מערכות בריאות בפקולטה.

פרופ' פייר הוא רופא מומחה ברפואה פנימית ובמינהל רפואי, משמש כמשנה הרפואי למנכ"ל המרכז הרפואי תל אביב ע"ש סוראסקי (איכילוב) וכסמנכ"ל האחראי על הרופאים בבית החולים, מילא בעבר תפקידי ניהול ופיקוד בכירים מגוונים גם בחיל הרפואה של צה"ל.

פרופ' פייר הוא בעל תואר M.D. מהפקולטה לרפואה באוניברסיטה העברית בירושלים, תואר M.H.A. מהפקולטה לניהול באוניברסיטת תל אביב (בהצטיינות) ותואר M.A. במדעי המדינה מאוניברסיטת חיפה (בהצטיינות). הוא בוגר המכללה לבטחון לאומי (בהצטיינות) ופו"ם (בהצטיינות)  וכן בוגר תוכנית הבכירים של קרן ווקסנר ו-Harvard Kennedy School.

תחומי העניין העיקריים שלו הם פיתוח מנהיגות ויכולות ניהול בקרב רופאים, פיתוח הקריירה של רופאים, ארגון וניהול מערכות בריאות וכלכלת בריאות.

פרופ' פייר משמש כחבר הועד המנהל וכחונך בתוכנית "ענבר" לפיתוח מנהיגות בכירה בעולם הבריאות, תוכנית משותפת למשרד הבריאות ולארגון "מעוז", והוא פעיל גם בוועדות שונות של משרד הבריאות. מרכז בשנים האחרונות גם צוותי עבודה בכנסי ים המלח של המכון הלאומי לחקר שירותי הבריאות ומדיניות הבריאות.

פרופ' פייר הוא חובב ספרות ותיאטרון ומשמש בהתנדבות כחבר בועד המנהל ובמועצת הנאמנות של תאטרון הקאמרי וכחבר בועד המנהל של עמותת "הו!" לספרות עברית.
