מידע כללי

חוקר ומרצה בתחומי האסטרטגיה והניהול. הצטרף לפקולטה לניהול באוקטובר 2010 לאחר שהיה חבר סגל באוניברסיטת בר-אילן. כמו-כן, היה פרופסור אורח באוניברסיטת דרקסל ובאוניברסיטת אריזונה, חבר סגל בקינגס קולג' לונדון, אוניברסיטת ברמינגהם ואוניברסיטת סארי. בנוסף, שימש חוקר אורח בביה"ס למנהל עסקים בקופנהגן ובבית הספר למנהל עסקים בהרווארד. השלים את התואר השלישי בסוף שנת 2000 באוניברסיטת חיפה.

מנהיגות אסטרטגית (מנכ"לים/יות, הנהלות בכירות, מועצות מנהלים) והשפעתה על הארגון, משאבים בלתי מוחשיים ובניה של יתרונות תחרותיים, תהליכי למידה ויצירת ידע, יצירתיות וחדשנות בארגונים, קשרים איכותיים בעולם העבודה (כבוד, איכפתיות, הכלה), דעיכה, כישלונות עסקיים וניהול משברים, מוניטין וכושר התמודדות, הסתגלות וצמיחה מנסיגות (resilience) של צוותי עבודה וארגונים.
