Founders' relations and dynamics, setting ground rules, protecting interests through a share repurchase agreement. Understanding basic covenants and agreements such as non-compete, intellectual property rights, and possible dispute mechanisms.

He was CFO and COO of the leading software and tech companies, including 7 years in the Silicon Valley. Ran is a member of a very large Institutional Investment committee. He is a lecturer and mentor in several entrepreneurship programs, global enterprises, and various international accelerators.

Adv. Yariv is a Partner in the International Corporate and Securities Department. Adv. Yariv specializes in providing legal counsel and representation to entrepreneurs, start-ups, investors, technology companies, and international concerns operating in various fields, including cyber, software, chips, semiconductors, Fin-Tech, Ad-Tech, pharma, Food-Tech, Bio-Med, and more, in Israel and abroad. Adv. Yariv advises clients on all commercial aspects of their day-to-day activity, from company establishment through the financing stages to the exit. In this capacity, he accumulated experience in mergers and acquisitions, as well as in a broad array of diverse financing transactions and venture capital investments.
ABOUT EYAL.
Dr. Eyal Benjamin is a serial entrepreneur, with a background in venture capital investments. Today Eyal is a faculty member at the Coller School of Management of Tel-Aviv University & Head of the Coller Institute of Venture; as well as the innovation studies at LAHAV, the TAU executive program. His research areas are the facilitation of entrepreneurship and corporate innovation.
